This is a survey created to learn more about what we can offer in the way of MiddCreate training and learning opportunities. It asks a number of different types of questions including multiple choice, short answer, and yes/no. This survey is created on a directory (called “pollsurvey”) off of a subdomain domain. It uses the LimeSurvey application, which offers many types of survey features.
